Upholding human rights through responsible supply chain management.
Commitment to a conflict-free future.

About Conflict Minerals

Tong Lay Doo Industrial Co., Ltd. recognizes the critical importance of monitoring "Conflict Minerals" within our global supply chain. These minerals—specifically Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten, and Gold (3TG)—are often extracted from mines located in the eastern region of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and adjoining countries.

The extraction and trade of these resources in conflict zones may inadvertently finance armed groups, fueling violence and severe human rights atrocities. We are dedicated to ensuring our products do not contribute to these violations.

Our Commitment

We define our responsibility through strict adherence to ethical sourcing standards.

Conflict-Free Sourcing

We unequivocally commit that we will not use any conflict minerals which originate from mines in areas under the control of armed groups in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or its adjoining countries.

Transparency & CMRT

To ensure accountability, we require the submission of the latest Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) from our supply chain. We provide smelter lists when necessary to verify compliance with the latest international requirements.

Supply Chain Requirements

Our policy extends beyond our own factory walls. We request all upstream suppliers to adhere to the same rigorous standards regarding conflict minerals.

  • 1
    Prohibition of Use

We request our supply chain partners strictly avoid sourcing minerals from conflict areas.

  • 2
    Immediate Notification

If any conflict mineral is unintentionally used in our products, the supplier must inform us immediately for proper corrective action.

  • 3
    Due Diligence

Suppliers are expected to conduct due diligence on the source and chain of custody of these minerals.
